This is the first negative review we have ever given; we are doing so in the interest of public safety. This company installed an HVAC system. Their electrician did not do the wiring properly and we were told by the person we called in to fix it that the whole house could have burned down. They did not install the new filter correctly. Their plasterer did a substandard job. Their financial person was rude and unhelpful. They do have a good sales person; regrettably, we were fooled by that.

ACHS responded promptly to my call for service of my 30-year-old boiler.  They were polite, very knowledgeable, and came when they said they would.  The new boiler replacement went very smoothly and they stayed late to complete the installation.  I highly recommend their services

We had a very large order of HVAC mini-splits installed in our shop -a $50k+ installation. During the week of this installation we were present, we were constantly subjected to the endless beration of the employees of the foreman - to the point where I wanted to yell "STOP,  STOP YELLING. YOU DIDN'T ASK HIM TO BRING YOU A LADDER. JUST GO AWAY." but I'm not their boss. I really wish I never got to meet this guy and witness this endless abuse. During the following week that we were on vacation and they were finishing up and sent in the electricians to wire up everything involved in setting up the mini-splits, we experienced the only theft ever of our shop to the tune of approx. $1,100 of specialized tools - an automotive compression test set and a mastercool hydraulic flaring set. These are large kits in blow-molded cases you don't just lose around the shop. I have since learned that this foreman was the boss of the company, which is absolutely gross, and that a perfectly personable figure Amanda has taken over. That's great. To Amanda: I still will fully respect yours and Wiley's vehicles if you need our services. But the hairy loud John guy done us dirty. But I will not use nor recommend this service until I get my stupid pokey tools I use to fix car back, or at least am accommodated for. I would rather just figure out how to maintain & install mini-splits my own dang self.

Joseph and Angelo worked until 10 pm on replacing 4 zone valves on our radiant floor system. We have had multiple issues since another company installed the system last April. Joseph diagnosed the problem within a matter of minutes and two days latter made the repairs. Thank you Savannah for your quick scheduling. ACHS will now be called for any future plumbing needs. I had to have my ac heat pump unit replaced. Amanda came out and gave me an estimate with a timeline for installation. Tony, Nelson and Jimmy came out as promised, but unfortunately during the installation they realized that the wrong unit was sent, it was not a heat pump. They were very apologetic, and disconnected the unit. The next week Tony and Nelson came back with the correct unit, and did an outstanding job with the installation. Tony assisted me with a new smart thermostat, so I would know how to operate it. I had a really good experience with this team.
